Located in the new Shopko at Hwy. 164 and Silver Spring Drive in Sussex, FastCare is a convenient and economical extension of the care you receive from your primary care physician. A FastCare visit costs only $49, and FastCare will bill your insurance, if you wish.
If you don't have a primary care physician and need follow-up care, our staff will help you find a primary care physician at a Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin primary care clinic. The primary care physician will have instant electronic access to your FastCare medical record.
