She wants to help patients take an active role in improving and maintaining their health. Dr. Maguire feels it is very important for patients to understand why particular treatments or medications are needed and spends the time to make sure that each patient’s questions are answered to the best of her ability. She has a special interest in the treatment and prevention of Type 2 Diabetes.
