Dr. Hulbert has worked as a Family physician with Obstetrics in the U.S. Navy and in private practice prior to joining the Racine Family Medicine Residency Program.
Dr. Hulbert's teaching experience includes training medical personnel at various levels while on active duty in the U.S. Navy and working with Physician Assistant students in training. Her special areas of interest include women's health, adolescent medicine, medical ethics, family violence (child & spouse abuse) and preventive medicine based in community-centered care. |
